At UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS, we provide secure online payment options through third-party payment gateways and service providers. By making a payment through our website, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Third-Party Payment Services

Payments made through our website may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, UPI providers, wallets, or other payment service providers.

UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS does not directly control the processing, authorization, approval, or decline of transactions handled by these third-party service providers.

2. Payment Declined or Cancelled

If a payment is declined, cancelled, failed, or interrupted by the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet provider, or any other third-party payment service, the customer should contact the respective payment service provider or bank for further assistance.

UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS cannot guarantee the approval or successful completion of transactions processed through third-party payment services.

3. Amount Debited but Order Not Confirmed

If the customer's bank account, card, UPI account, wallet, or other payment method has been debited, but the payment has not been successfully confirmed and credited to the relevant account of UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS, the payment will not be considered received by UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS and the order will not be considered confirmed.

UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS shall not be responsible for any payment that is pending, failed, declined, cancelled, reversed, or not received/credited to our relevant account due to issues involving the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet provider, payment gateway, payment service provider, network, or any other third party.

An order shall be considered successfully placed and confirmed only after the payment has been successfully processed, verified, and credited to the relevant account of UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise specified.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet provider, or payment gateway. UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS is not responsible for delays caused by these third-party service providers.
