A pre-order is confirmed only after the required pre-order payment has been successfully received.

2. Pre-Order Amount

The pre-order amount is non-refundable unless:

• The manufacturer officially cancels the product, or

• UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS is unable to fulfil the pre-order.

3. Release Dates

Product release dates provided on the website are estimates and may change due to manufacturer or supplier delays.

4. Delays

UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, shipping companies, customs, or other external factors.

5. Final Payment

If applicable, customers will be required to pay the remaining balance before the product is dispatched.

6. Cancellation

Customers should carefully consider the pre-order before placing it. Once a pre-order is confirmed, cancellation may not be permitted.

7. Product Variations

Minor changes in colour, packaging, finishing, or specifications may occur between the pre-order listing and the final production model.

8. Agreement

By placing a pre-order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these pre-order conditions.
